3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) bh999 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bh999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. 6.3 Voided Bets. bh999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, event cancellations, postponements where the rescheduled date falls outside the applicable settlement window, or where settlement of the bet would be contrary to applicable law or regulation.
